New Home Buyer Specials
In addition to providing full representation to our New Home Buyer clients and negotiating the best price for them, our buyers enjoy certain specials. Specials vary from Builders, communities, areas, but typically include credits from builders for upgrades/options due to our “preferred” Realtor status, and credits from us to the New Home Buyer from the portion of referral fee we get from the Builder.
