If you write an offer significantly over List Price, it will certainly improve your odds of getting accepted, but do you really need to do that for each house you are writing an offer on? We try to do that for our Buyer clients and also gauge the buyer interest level in a particular house and advise our clients on writing an offer accordingly. Sometimes offering slightly better terms to the Seller (while still keeping the Buyer risk in check), rather than a higher price offer may be the best solution. We constantly try to find these win-win situations and negotiate for our clients till the Close of Escrow.

Our service certainly does not stop after you Close Escrow. We are here to help anytime you need us later on as well. Often our past clients rely on us for referral related to service repair specialists in our network should there be a need.
